Restore and Grow Bodywork practice is dedicated to supporting individuals in their
health and wellness journey. My modalities include therapeutic massage, cupping and
blading, stretching and prenatal massage sessions. An integral- whole body approach
is employed to ensure our clients leave feeling relaxed, revitalized and with a sense of
wellbeing. I believe health and wellness are evoked from assessing and treating the
whole person beyond symptoms to find alignment. My services come with the option of
traveling on site to provide therapy.
